On Tuesday, all the Mandal Adhikaris and Talathis led by Tahsildar Nitinkumar Deore undertook an online training session for full digitisation of 7×12 extracts.

The work for complete digitisation of 7×12 extracts across 152 villages under Malegaon Tahsil office was continuing on a war footing and it was highly likely that all the 7×12 extracts in these villages will be fully computerised soon, Tahsildar Nitinkumar Deore said on Tuesday.

Deore was speaking on the sidelines of an online training session organised by the office of Settlement Commissioner and Director of Land Records in collaboration with the office of Nashik Collector IAS Gangatharan D.  There are a total of 152 villages which are part of 125 gram panchayats in Malegaon Taluka, as some of these villages come under group gram panchayats.

These revenue staff were facing a lot of difficulties on the E Chawadi portal. After today’s training session they are definitely going to overcome the impediments. Farmers are surely going to benefit big time once all the 7×12 extracts are fully digitised, Nitinkumar Deore, Tahsildar

All the Mandal Adhikaris and Talathis under the jurisdiction of Malegaon Tahsil office took part in the training session and got to learn about new techniques of overcoming errors that the revenue staff are forced to face at the time of digitsing the 7×12 extracts.

For the online training session, Tahsildar Deore ensured there was a proper arrangement of a projector and a screen for all the Mandal Adhikaris and Talathis to take the learning tutorials. Deore added once all the 7×12 extracts are computerised or uploaded online, farmers can get them downloaded on a click of a mouse.

Apart from availing this 7×12 extract facility, farmers will also be able to fill all the agricultural and non-agricultural data online, he added. The training session was organised under the supervision of Nashik Collector IAS Gangatharan D, Deputy Collector (Administration) Bhimraj Darade, and Sub-Divisional Officer & Sub-Divisional Magistrate Vijayanand Sharma , Deore informed.
