Take ‘Swachhata Pledge’ in large number to help MMC increase its national tally: Bhalchandra Gosavi

Municipal Administration Bhalchandra Gosavi has reached out to citizens with an appeal asking them to take part in the ‘Swachhata Pledge’ in as large number as possible.  According to Gosavi, so far the Malegaon Municipal Corporation (MMC) has pro-actively participated in the ‘Swachhata Pledge’ campaign.

But now the MMC wants to increase its national tally in the cleanliness movement, Gosavi said. The drive was started under the ambitious Swachh Bharat cleanliness mission by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi in October 2014.

The MMC has released a link for citizens so as to make it easier for them to take the Swachhata Pledge. Those who want to take the cleanliness oath can click here SWACHHATA PLEDGE .

They have one more option before them. They can log on to https://sbmurban.org/swachh-pledge and fill up the form. The procedure is very simple.

A guide to the ‘Swachhata Pledge’

Once you click on the above link you will be redirected to a new page. On this new page, you will have four heads to fill them up namely State, District , City and Name. You will also have to check a box with a tick mark.  By putting a tick mark you will be confirming and taking the oath that “I take the pledge to make my city garbage free”.

Once you fill up all these details you just have to press the ‘Submit’ button. Next to the ‘Submit’ button you have an option of ‘Download certificate’. The moment you press the ‘Submit button’ your certificate gets generated.  You can immediately download the certificate and keep it safe for any future reference.
